Hope you are doing great. I cannot find fitting words to express how excited I am to hear that you will be visiting me next week. I am very much looking forward to having you and spending some quality time together.
Unfortunately, on 7th June, the day of your arrival, I have an important meeting in my office and I am expected there early in the morning. I wish I could have been at the train station to receive you. However, do not worry, I will keep the keys to my neighbour, George. He lives in the opposite apartment- B2 and will be expecting you at around 9:30 am. Just tell him that you are my cousin Samir and he will hand over you the keys. From the train station, you can hail a taxi and give him my apartment's address. He will do the rest as the address is quite familiar to taxi drivers. The rent should be anything between 15 to 20 pounds.
I will be back at 6.30 pm and will take you to dinner at one of my favourite restaurants. Afterwards, we can walk for a few minutes and meet aunt Lucy who lives nearby. I have so many things to share with you and I plan to do many exciting things together, just like the days in our childhood! Wishing you a safe journey.

Receiving your letter is the happiest thing that I have had this week. To be honest, I was touched when you wrote in great detail in the letter to me such as telling me to take a taxi to your apartment as well as sending your key to the opposite neighbor when you cannot pick me up at the station and help me to carry my luggage. In reality, I have not visited your house for a long time. Hence, your piece of information that you wrote in the letter helps me have peace of mind when I come to your home more easily.
Indeed, I know that your office meeting is very important and I also know that you never refuse to meet me except for any specific reasons. Hence, I want to tell you that you and I are cousins, so I fully understand your situation and you do not need to worry about anything.
I am very delighted to know that you have made a detailed plan for me such as going to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants as well as hanging out together. I think this is really a good chance for us to meet and tell each other the jobs and the life.
Now, I am counting the hours to expect you to return home in order that you take me to see our aunt Lucy. Because I haven't seen aunt Lucy for a long time, I cannot wait to see her.
Finally, I would like to tell you that I have already told my parents about the stay and time I spent with you all. Thus, I hope we will have great moments while hanging out together.

I received your letter, I didn't expect you to reply so quickly.
I feel quite sorry that you couldn't pick me up at the train station, hoping that you can still pick me up without missing the meeting. And, that neighbor George, doesn't know if James would mind leaving his phone number and photo. Haizzz, you know, I'm not good at direction. So, if you can, please send me a mail and some information about him. And, 15 to 20 pounds ??? Is it too expensive for a taxi ride? Ok, at least it fits my budget. I met Aunt Lucy very well, how many years has it been? It was a childhood there.
So tomorrow, when I get on the train, I will call you. So, don't worry too much about my journey. Hope your meeting will be fine.
