Nowadays, many people think that the equity of media coverage is decreasing. There are many reasons for this problem, and I will discuss several causes and suggest some solutions to tackle it in this essay.
First, when the market economy is blooming, it urges media firms earning a lot of money to satisfy their boss's ambition. One of the most common ways is making content or reporting following the orientation of sponsors.

Today, media channels are known for reporting news in a biased way, which can affect readers' beliefs. As a result, it is necessary to detect bias in daily reports and create a platform where individuals may receive unbiased and straightforward information.

Media bias is the bias of journalists and news producers within the mass media in the selection of many events and stories that are reported and how they are covered. If a media outlet consistently chooses to emit stories that it does not align with, this can be a form of censorship. As a result, consumers of that media outlet could be getting a distorted view of certain issues. Because left-wing media and right-wing media discuss the same issues in various ways, people can become divided on what to do or feel about them. More generally, biased reporting can be an unfair representation of people or groups and lead to negative stereotypes and poor treatment.
The lack of professional principles is another reason why media coverage becomes biased. Moreover, today's media outlets pay little attention to them to boost their popularity and attract more advertisers. People should stop viewing these networks and share their discontent with them on a media rostrum or at police stations. Therefore, the authorities take action against these media outlets. These are some remedies that may be useful in curing this problem.
To conclude, media coverage should not be biased because it can brainwash people and cause a conflict. Authorities and businesses should work together to solve this issue.

A lot of controversy has risen over the credibility of media outlets in reporting news whether media only cover partial or incorrect information instead of unbiased. From my point of view, I will discuss the problems and the solutions throughout suitable examples to develop a platform so that people can receive balanced and safe news.
One of the first problems of the biased media is affecting the lives of people and the users’ behaviors. Social media has become a powerful means for expressing opinions, news, among all other means, has grown to become one of the most influential their own mindset and decision. Many people now get news from social media sites and networks and often it can be hard to tell whether stories are credible or not. People have a tendency of believing what news or article is talking about. Besides, websites such as Facebook and Twitter offer a continuous stream of personal opinions on the most varied range of topics.
Another problem is that biased media can increase the chances of violation. When it comes to evaluating content online there are various types of false or misleading news as tories that are created to deliberately mislead audiences, promote a biased point of view or particular political cause.
In conlusion, The vast amount of information available online and rise in fake news is controlled by authorities because it is difficult to determine the accuracy of the information. Therefore, authorities should prohibit firms that publish the biased articles.

Since it is the voice of the poor and victims, the media is considered as India's fourth pillar. People can use the media to pursue justice , ask questions of the government, as well as to raise their voices in protest of bad actions. However, instead of providing a balanced account, today's media appears to merely provide partial or wrong information. A target rating point, often known as TRP, is the rationale behind this. As a result, the government should enact a few strict rules prohibiting such media reporting. In the next paragraphs, more elaboration on this issue will be provided, along with appropriate examples.
To begin with, today's news stations all want to be number one, so they present the data in an engaging manner rather than relying on facts. They realize how to appease the public and disseminate false information in order to attract a large audience to their channel. Furthermore, it is frequently seen that they conceal half-truths and fabricate their own stories, which have had a bad influence on the past. For example, according to an Oxford University analysis from 2021, 90 percent of the incidences of violence generated by the media in India were triggered by inaccurate reporting that harmed the sensibilities of two distinct religions. News organizations gain tales for their networks by building a phony agenda.
This tendency, however, has highly serious consequences in nations like India, because it is a biodiverse country with individuals from all cultural backgrounds living here; consequently, any fake news might enhance the risk of violation. The government should enact a few tough rules to combat it, as well as take action against false news outlets. Furthermore, individuals should cease viewing these channels and file complaints with police stations about these forms of news media, so that the authorities may take action against them.
To summarize, the media covers biased news in order to boost their TRP graph and gain a wider audience to watch their news; nevertheless, the government should come up against these channels, and people should avoid watching them. They should encourage unbiased television stations.

Some would argue that media platforms globally are becoming more prejudicial towards a given side of the political spectrum. I believe that this is a natural reaction to societal changes and can be mitigated only by media consumers themselves.

Individuals today feel increasingly drawn to the comfort of polarizing content. The explanations for this appeal are fundamentally psychological. All humans naturally strive to become part of a movement confirming their opinions and elevating their self-esteem. A recent well-known example of

this would be some of the emerging right and left wing pundits that have become popular such as Glenn Beck and Rachel Maddow. A large portion of their allure is that they state extreme viewpoints with complete certainty and therefore admit their followers into a self-righteous ideology.

In order to become more moderate, individuals must monitor their own behavior critically. For example, a person who is addicted to coverage that either provokes outrage or confirms their pre-existing opinions could consider a more active hobby such as reading a book or playing a sport. When consuming media, one can seek the most balanced commentators and networks. This will have an impact in the aggregate if individuals globally tune out the most extreme channels generally. Media platforms will in turn tailor their coverage to more moderate voices to recapture their audiences.

In conclusion, the media’s focus on extreme positions mirrors a desire among the general populace to be part of a group of like-minded believers and only individuals themselves have the authority to counter this shift. Governments have little role to play in regulating a free press.
