Some people believe that all the company decisions should be taken by the managers whereas others think it is better to include employees while making decisions. Discuss both the points and give your opinion.

The question that who should be the people making decisions on a job has always been controversial. While it is believed that managers may be the sole ones to do it, others think staff should also be asked when they consider big decisions. I totally agree with the fact that it is wiser to consult opinions’ employees.

On the other hand, it was the managers who decided on the biggest deals in companies. This can be understood by many reasons. The first main cause is that most of the head positions are controlled by experienced managers. In other words, they are believed to overcome much ups and downs of life; therefore, they are likely to come up with more innovative ideas as well as give appropriate approaches to develop the companies. Another reason for the common belief of this matter is that apart from the experience, most of the managers have the deep insight for the incorporation’s path. It means that managers tend to spend many days having a careful consideration before making any decisions for not only foreseeable results but also the prolong investments.

On the other hand, it strikes me that employers should have opportunities to make decisions in their workplace. Firstly, the sense of high appreciation may be the key reason behind this one. Clearly, the majority of staff have a tendency to stick to their companies because of not only the finance. There is a much more significant factor urging them to work harder and harder. For example, if they feel a sense of pride of what they have accomplished, they may have more motivation to work more efficiently. Furthermore, the consulting staff’s decision might lead to an efficiency boost. Obviously, the more people cooperate, the more initiatives may be given. If a company, for instance, has a team of 100, the head office will have at least 100 solutions from his employees. It would be great if he listened to his staff’s ideas of decision. Thus, he may have more objective decision-making.

In conclusion, even though the managers have always been prioritized to give every decision in their firm, I strongly believe that it might be wiser for them to include their potential stuff thanks to the above reasons.

It is thought that the administrators should decide how to develop the company, while some people believe that employee’s decisions are so important in this case. Although, the managers idea is very helpful, I strongly agree that it is better to listen what workers think and want.

On the one hand, it is easy to understand why the managers should make all decisions. Firstly, managing directors have a realistic view for the development of the company. This is because, they mostly have been learning a management course which broadens their mind in management field. Secondly, the managers play intermediary role between senior’s ideas and junior’s ideas. They work with both side, so perhaps they know what is the most suitable decision.

On the other hand, in my opinion there are many benefits of including employee’s decision in the company. employees do the projects in person, so they know about obstacles, challengers, and inventions. For insurance, in the software company, employees need to have information technology knowledge and work in this areas, whereas the manager is good at management areas. It is no great matter if they are not expert in technology information knowledge. So that, the manager maybe do not understand the difficulties which employees undergo and opportunities can be achieved. Furthermore, the number of managers is much less than this one of employees. If making all the decisions is the responsibility of the managers, they could not understand completely the difficulty of employee’s position, and could make some inappropriate decisions.

In conclusion, when all the decisions are taken by the managers, it has some positive developments. However, I believe that a company would not develop fast if it missed employee’s ideas.

Whether or not employees should be involved in the decision making process in order to find the best outcomes. This is an issue causing strong arguments in the workpalce. I would like to express my own opinions about both two views in this essay.
On the one hand, managers have got many years of experience as well as wide knowledge. They are recruited to make important decisions bringing profits to the company. They know well the way community operates, the market,...They are also aware of the strengths and weakness of their employees, so it's familiar to have the final decision. In some cases, making decisions need several confidental documents. It's not safe if employees are involved in the process.
On the other hand, if the management allow employees in the decision making process, they will feel more valuable of their position in the company. Moreover, the relationship between managers and employees will be better. This can motivate them to stay longer with the enterprise. Wrong decisions are taken by the managers can negatively affect employees. If they are part of the process, they will able to take appropriate suggestions.
In conclusion, not all decisions should be taken with employees, but the assistance of experienced employees must be considered to develop the company.

It would be argued by some that in most of the association
opinions are decided by the supervisors, while others opine that it is more excellent to involve the team members when they make the judgement. In my opinion, however, it would be more beneficial for them to make desions with employees.

On the one hand, there are a number of reasons why some believe that deciding the organisational decisions by the administrators help to enhance the company's growth.The first reason is they will know how to cope with the client to get the business and complete the project. For instance, in most of the multinational companies, the determining factor for any of the tasks is made by the managers in order to finish the requirements of the company and make it be presumed concern in the competitive markets in the world. Another reason is they have a number of administrative experiences which they could apply to generate their income.For example, a computer programmer who works in a private institution may not contribute to the decisions about financial management.

On the other hand, I would argue that employees should have their privilege to contribute to the succes of a company due to their cooperation will bring benefits to them, which may strengthen the teamwork and collaboration. To illustrate,people in the team know the necessity of the project and they will have new ideas to complete the mission on time without any slippage in their timelines.

In conclusion, although some people think that the company's decisions should be decided by administrator, I personally believe that the worker should have the right to aid their companies.

Decision making process can either make you hero or zero. Presently, some people assert that all the paramount decisions should be constituted by the managers only. By contrast, others claim that it is a capital idea to involve employees in the decision making process in order to find the best outcomes. Here, I would like to account for both sides with my own perception.

There are manifold points to shore up the former view. First and foremost, managers are the most responsible characters for the safety, progress and the development of a company. To be specific, the managers are assigned to build up networks of their companies and therefore they have to make conclusive respond for the every commercial dealing. Apart from it, the managers are nourished with the proficient management skills during their educational career so that they have ability to make worthwhile decisions better than others. Hence, the involvement of employees having different view points can either make the decision making process too complicated or may lead to bad decisions. Consequently, it is advisable for the managers to make the decisions alone. On the contrary, others have conflicting views.

They think that employees spend most of the time at the work places and therefore they are well familiar with the requirements, working atmosphere and it's drawbacks. Therefore, the employees especially seniors are the backbone of a company who can help the managers to make productive decisions. What is more, it is well said that "two heads are better than one". Thus, the discussions between the managers and the employees could be fruitful to analyse each and every aspect of a project in order to make the wise decision.

From my opinion, both aspects have their own significance. Undeniably, most of the managers are proud of their decision making abilities and power. However, a handy deliberation with employees could be a huge privilege to determine what to do for the betterment of their organisations.

To recapitulate, rapid progress is the ultimate goal of every enterprise. Therefore, the assistance of experienced employees must be taken by the managers to flourish the progress of their companies.
