In some developing countries, it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. Why do you think good teachers do not want to work in rural areas in developing countries? What could be done to solve this problem?

Nowadays, it is challenging to attract professional workers to work in rural areas including teachers for many reasons. In aftermath of this issue, it can cause negative impact on the educational of rural children and whole society.

To begin with, there are many reasons explaining for this trend is working in urban areas has many advantages compared to the countryside. Salary is the first thing making workers consider when choosing a job. A teacher working in metropolitan areas has higher income and more advanced opportunities than a teacher with an equivalent qualification in countryside. The second factor must be noted is the depriving of facilities and equipment for teaching such as laboratories, libraries, computers and the instability of electricity supply and the internet connection. It would hinder their performance and creation in teaching. In addition, they will face difficulties not only in their job but also in their daily life. In remote areas, basic systems and services such as healthcare, transportation or housing facilities cannot develop as in big cities. They are inconvenient to found ways to relax after hard-working days such as movie theater or clubs.

To solve this problem, government has responsibility in supporting teachers. Government and school managers should ensure to give them good salary just like their urban counterparts. Moreover, it is important to improve living conditions in suburban areas such as traffic system, hospitals and especially educational institutions.

To sum up, children in rural areas also need professional education like metropolitan students. Therefore, it is essential to draw qualified teacher to rural schools by assuring an equal allowance for whole teachers throughout the country and enhance facilities.

Developing countries have dificulty problems in Education, especially in rural areas, and ''don't have good teachers'' is a example.In fact, they don't want to work in there. So, what is its reason?
In my opinion, low wages affects their choice. A good teacher can get a better income based on their talents. Depite knowing teaching is a lofty job but money and more money makes anyone's live easier. Secondly,miserable living condition in rural areas is a big problem. City teacher can not bear living like that, they want a comfortable working environment,and their family will never let them come to rural areas.
Unfortunately, it is happening day by day.That thing makes rural areas' education stomping in place.But, of course, we still have solution.Goverment should policy changes, makes rural areas' live better and better. Teacher's salary needs to be increased.It's worth doing like that, because developing education in perfect way is developing future's economy.
In conclusion, rural areas' education problem can be solved. It is society's responsibility, and together we can do it.

Why in developing countries, then a good teacher do not want to work in rural areas. As a result chidrent often fail to get good education.n In my opinion , there are several reasons this. The most important is the desparity in the wages of a rural techers and an urban teachers. Another reasons, infrastructure in rural areas is limited. For example, many villages do not have movies or clubs where people can relax after a long working day. Lack of internet connectivity is another problem that makes rural areas less attractive to people.nIn short, low wages are the main reason who do not want to work in the countryside. The only way to solve this problem is to ensure that teachers working in rural areas have higher salaries than urban teachers.n

In some developing countries, it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. Here are some causes for that situation. First, in rural areas is not enough equipment needed to teach effectively. Second, moving and daily activities in there are quite difficult especially in the highlands. Third, the salary of teachers is not high in the rural areas. last but not least, there are fewer good students so they do not show their full talent. To solve this problem, i think the government should create some benefits for them such as: free insurance, raise salaries,...Organize volunteer teaching sessions in rural areas. Or build many schools are solid, comfortable, and have all necessary teaching equipment.

In developing countries, the living standard in some rural communities is still low even some places are not enough electricity and clean water that affect negatively on citizen’s live especially teachers whose salary is just for living from hand to mouth.
Not only good teachers but all people do not want to work in rural areas where they have to deal with backward poor living conditions and shortage of students. No internet, not enough power and clean water will discourage the most devoted teachers because beside teaching students, the demand on improving knowledge, entertainment and contacting with outside world make good teachers can not extend their job in remote areas with that difficult living conditions in technological ages nowadays. Besides that, the number of students is not stable because the awareness about study in these areas is not good enough then sometimes teachers have to mobilize students’ parent in order to encourage them let their children to go to school. And salary is also main reason on no one choosing working in rural areas. With modest salary, not enough to support their family, some teachers have to get more extra work for money.
To solve this problem, Government need to support teachers both material and spiritual thought applying a special salary for good teachers who accept working long time in rural areas. Equip essential conveniences such as accommodation, electricity, internet... in order to diversify spiritual life for teachers and help them to keep students by propaganda and education families about the importance of learning, increasing knowledge will help citizen reduce poverty, build bright future.
In general, it is not easy to keep teachers to work long time in the rural areas where living conditions are not good enough then it will be better for building a local successor team.
