In some developing countries, it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. Why do you think good teachers do not want to work in rural areas in developing countries? What could be done to solve this problem?

In modern days, although living standards are regularly enhanced, it is still difficult to draw more teachers to work in rural areas, especially in developing countries. This is a challenge and unsolved problem in many places. Insufficient teachers in remoted areas can impact negatively on children living there.

To begin with, it is necessary to emphasize the quality of teachers in education system. Professional teachers can supply many exact and various information and knowledge for students. Schools in the rural still have teachers but the number of teachers is not only inadequate but also the fact that teachers in rural schools are not professional as teachers in the urban. Moreover, students taught by foreign teachers can be broadened in many aspects such as geography, culture as well lifestyle through stories of the foreign teachers.

There are many reasons causing teachers do not want to work in rural areas. With teachers who born and grew up in metropolitan areas, it is totally hard to persuade them to quit the fruitful life in current living places and willingly work at places far away their hometown probably hundred kilometers. It is obvious that teachers work in remoted areas, especially in developing countries, will face many difficult in workplace as well in family life such as low income, poor facility conditions and even sudden accidents due to weather like torrential rain, landslide in remoted areas

To sum up, this problem cannot be solved in short time. Teachers who teach in rural places have to sacrifice many benefits as well their private happiness to come these places. To draw good teacher, governments should invest and renovate facilities in these areas.

In recent years, a wide range of well -qualified teachers decide to work in major cities or urban areas rather than in rural countries, which may devastating effects on educational quality in country regions. This essay wil discuss the reasons why teachers do not like working in the countryside and some measures that goverments and individuals can take to reduce this problems. One of the primary causes of this problem is lack of modern infrastructures. Some big cities of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city are regional or national centers, which government invested a lot of money in improving the infrastructures. If teachers want to relax after a hard-working day, they can go the movies, theatres or even water parks, which are not available in rurals areas. Teachers in countryside do not have much oppotunities to experience modern technology due to poor facilities. Another reason is that teachers in big cities has higher salary than those in rural areas with comparable qualifications. Since salary is the first thing that most people consider while choosing a job, therefore few teachers are willing to work in villages. From reasons expressed above, i propose some solutions to tackle this problems. The first measure is that gorvenments should encourage teachers to work in countryside by offering them salaries comparable to those earned by teachers working in the city. The government can make this happen by enacting laws to ensure that teachers with the same profession are paid the same wages throughout the country. The second solution that i would like to discuss is improving the infrastructure in the rural areas. the government should mobilize capital from any forms to build more entertainment and cutural centers. To conclude, low salaries and less infrastructures are the reasons that discourages teachers from working in the countryside. The ways to solve this problem is to ensure that regardless of where they are working, teachers earn the same salaries throughout the country and to improve infrastructures.

In some developing countries,it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities.That's is easy to understand. Money is very important with many people.Having much money we can have better conditions such as education, health care, entertainment,... and so are good teachers. In rural areas, teachers have low income and that's make them leave to find a higher income in other areas. With low income, they can't raise their family, don't have better conditions. Sadly, the governments of developing countries do not have an objective view of education treatment and remuneration. They should have a good remuneration with good teacher to encourage such as rewarding teachers with great achievements and dedications to the education sector in rural areas, supporting to reduce the cost of housing, living and health services with them and their families,...and in particular need to focus on improving the quality of facilities and equipment supporting the education sector in rural areas....That's is all I think it's important to make rural areas's education better and encourage the good teacher stay and still want to work there.Education is top and the education of children is very necessary because It is the root of development in each country.

n some developing countries, some teachers are reluctant to work in rural areas. This will affect the education of children in those villages negatively. In this essay I will explain why teachers are reluctant to work in rural areas and also suggest some solutions to tackle this issue.

Life may become more miserable if teachers opt to work in rural areas. The infrastructure of rural areas may not be as developed as the infrastructure of towns and cities. People may have to travel long distance to shop for items required for their daily life. In addition, rural areas are unlikely to have well-developed roads or transportation systems. Hospitals might be a few kilometers away and good doctors may not be available there as it is a rural area. The standard of life thus declines if teachers choose to stay and teach in rural areas.

However, if teachers are given more salary and incentives to work in rural areas, they may get motivated to teach in schools in villages. The government should offer more remuneration for rural teachers. In addition to this, more money needs to be invested for the infrastructure development of rural areas. The government should ensure that the facilities such as transportation systems, hospitals and other public and private services are functioning appropriately in rural areas. This way the government can ensure that people living and working in rural areas have access to quality services.

In conclusion, as the living standard of people in rural areas is not as good as that of people in towns and cities, teachers are reluctant to stay in rural areas to teach rural students. However, if the government offers more remuneration to teach in rural areas and if the facilities of rural areas are improved, more teachers may come forward to teach in schools in villages.
