Healthy is very important with all people, there is a saying: "Healthy is all". So, we see that without healthy, it means nothing.
In fact, we have many manners to protect and keep our healthy, such as doing exercise, living and working scientifically, relaxing and sleeping correctly, using food and drinking correctly or fasting. And the essay today mention the fasting as a manner to protect the healthy.
As we know, fasting is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat and also include abstention from by-products of animal slaughter. People do fasting with many reasons such as decrease kilogram, religious beliefs,…. And there is an opinion says that we should adopt a vegetarian diet because eating meat can cause serious health problems. I agree with this opinion, then I will give my thought.
We are in modern time with many conveniences of every aspect, so we can be comfortable with our life. However, one thing always has two aspect are positive and negative. The conveniences in our life can kill us if we don't know to use them correctly, and the food is one of these conveniences. Nowadays, the food is so diverse with many kinds, they are very delicious but if we don't control ourself, we eat and drink without thought, we will have diseases in our body. But the vegetable or fruit will help us to fight against diseases, this is the knowledge we should be known. Therefore, we don't ask why do the people in the world are fasting. All for healthy.
Finally, I hope we can recognize closely about vegetarian.

From 1980s to now, there is a sharp rise in obese people. Lots of people blame meat for causing this problem. That is why they opine that everyone should have a vegetarian diet. While I believe that a vegetarian diet is good, I still think that eating meat in moderation is very significant.



In the first place, a vegetarian diet is a good idea for people especially for the young. Obviously, in vegetables such as cabbages, onions, carrots and so on, there are various kinds of vitamins and minerals. Indeed, vitamins D,B1 are very essential for bodies. Without them, the development of skin, bones as well as the speed of blood circulation will be badly affected. For instance, most people suffer from heart disease and diabetes because they do not eat vegetables and fruits. Futhermore, doctors said that fruits have more nitrients than any sustenances. Eating grapes and tomatoes will help tighten and soften skin, will make women more beautiful. Particularly, a vegetarian diet often gives people energy but it does not make them fat. That is why the young tend to eat more vegetables and fruits to have perfect bodies.



Nonetheless, eating meat in limitation is also very necessary. Meat can provide people with more lipit and protein than vegetables and fruits. In addition, eating meat will help people get more energy for study and work. As long as people eat it effectively, nothing will happen and nobody will be fat.



To sum up, I think that a vegetarian diet is vital but people should eat meat in moderation to have a better health.

Nowadays, many people are taking care of their eating habits, because they will make people's health better. However, whether starting a diet full of vegetables seems questionable. In my opinion, most people should adopt with the vegetarian diet.
First of all, it is clear that eating too much meat, for example beef, pork, sausage,.. can give us many serious diseases. Some of these are heart attack, gout, high blood pressure,... These illnesses can make people being disabled forever and becoming a burden for their families. Even worse, they can kill them.
Moreover, having a meal with lots of vegetables is more beneficial to their health. The reason is that they are more nutritional than any kinds of food, with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and many more. That's why the ones who eats all kinds of food looks healthier than ones who always eats rice with meat and get only protein.
This is not to say that meat is not essentials in our meals.Though meat can bring health problems to adults and the elderly, it is necessary for children, because they are growing up. As they are older, people ought to reduce eating meat and eat more vegetables, and have a good lifestyle, in order to improve their health.
In conclusion, most people should adopt a vegetarian diet, accompanying a good lifestyle. Meanwhile, some others, like kids, should eat every kinds of food, including meat. By doing so, we can make sure that everyone has a perfect health and life spans are increased.

Today, the health one of the most concerned problems. Some people think everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet because eating meat can cause serious health problems. About me, i don’t agree with this opinion.
Fisrt, the body needs nutrition from diversified foods. In particular, protein is one of the most important nutrion for the all-side development of the body. Especially in children, they need many types of protein and energies for the physical and intellectual development. Animal protein sources such as meat, fish plentifully provide nutritions for the body. In addition, meat contains many differrent minerals such as iron, calcium... So we should adopt a scientific diet including meat and vegetables to avoid malnutrition.
Second, the majority of health problems come from the quality of food. Growth stimulants, preservatives in foods are the cause of diseases. We should choose the fresh and reliable food source for life instead of stopping eating meat.
Third, vegetarian diet is not according with everyone. The obese people, the elderly should adopt a vegetarian diet because it help them to control the weight and avoid diseases such as gout, high blood pressure, diabetes. Young people, children should eat deversified foods to have a good heath.
In closing, meat is still a basic food for life and is an indispensable ingredient for cooking. A vegetarian diet is only according for some people who has health problems or follows a religion.

I disagree. Because meat provides a great source of nutrition for our bodies. They give us protein and protein to convert into energy to feed the body. There are many types of meat such as poultry meat that are called white meat, which is good for the elderly. Meat and fish are called red meat, which contains a lot of energy for young people.
