The US Justice Department has secretly obtained two months of phone records from journalists  at the Associated Press.  AP believed these records have been sort part of the criminal investigation and released information which was allegedly contained in its story about a foiled terror plot in Yemen last year.

An American doctor has been convicted of murdering three babies at an abortion clinic for poorer women.   Kermit Gosnell was accused of delivering alive babies in late-term abortions at the clinic in Philadelphia then deliberately severing their spinal cords.
