First of all, I am really sorry for our bad services which made you unhappy. Besides, thank you so much for informing me of such a regrettable thing. I assure you that this will not happen again.

As a manager, I immediately checked the problem. Actually, I cannot accept that way of serving among my staff and if anyone shows unfriendly reception and lacks responsibility like that. In fact, the waiter who served you that day he made a fatal mistake in his work. He was a new staff that we employed this month. He is a mere novice as a waiter in our restaurant so he was not acquainted with the ground rules in our restaurant. I also criticized and made an example of him in an urgent meeting yesterday. These shortcomings should not have been made. I wish you would sympathize with me.

In regards with your meal, I investigated the situation and found that it was another mistake. In reality, the restaurant was crowded people that night and we did our best to serve every customer. However, there were some ineluctable mistakes and we truly apologize for the bad experiences you had. In particular, you ordered fish, however it tasted bad. On behalf of the chef, I sincerely apologize to you.

As a gesture of regret, I would like to offer you 2 day free meals on VIP area for your whole family as a sincere apology for the things that you suffered. And I am sure that when you are here, you will completely satisfy with our service.

Finally, thank you for your suggestions and I am always willing to listen to the opinions from you as well as other customers. I hope you will return to our restaurant and you will see the changes of us. I hope you continue to support our restaurant in the future.
