Nếu họ cần phải mang nhiều hơn để sử dụng sau giờ làm việc thì phải niêm phong số tiền đó lại và có chữ ký của lãnh đạo đội. Ngoài ra, lực lượng cảnh sát giao thông còn không được sử dụng điện thoại di động trong lúc làm nhiệm vụ.
Sẽ có đơn vị để giám sát quá trình thực thi và kiểm tra đột xuất. Tại thời điểm bị kiểm tra, cảnh sát giao thông có nhiệm vụ giải trình về các khoản tiền họ mang. Nếu không, họ sẽ bị lập biên bản và xử lý dựa vào kết luận sai phạm.
